About this piece
Week after week, new and relevant information emerged for the immigrant community that makes up Tolentino's core audience. The approach we chose to reach them and capture their attention was to create posts that offered real value — making complex immigration processes easier to understand for anyone who might need the firm's services.
Sharing this kind of information openly was, in the team's view during the time I was part of the organization, a way to show solidarity with the audience's situation while also demonstrating the firm's depth of knowledge and control over those processes.
The ultimate goal: build trust in the services the firm provides.
Notable aspects of this piece
- In 2025, Instagram changed the standard post dimensions from the square 1080px format to the 1080 × 1350px format used in these images.
- A defined typographic hierarchy system applied consistently across all formats.
- Images created in Adobe Photoshop with vector elements edited in Adobe Illustrator.
- Final image format: JPEG in RGB color mode.
- Source images used in the composition came from Freepik (now Magnific) and Adobe Stock.
About the production process
Production was a team effort. The marketing specialist and I would establish a general plan for the month, which then became the weekly production schedule. The marketing specialist drafted a general script, and I as the designer would adapt, trim, or rewrite it as needed before laying out the slides — always keeping screen and mobile legibility as the top priority, and applying the relevant technical requirements for the format at the time.
Publishing was handled by the marketing specialist.
